With Slamdance in just two short days we’re certain veteran fest-goers have their schedules all but hammered out. But, for those looking for more fun and a bit of spontaneity in their lives there are two back to back events that you just shouldn’t miss!
Billed primarily as “Sundance vs. Slamdance”, everyone is welcome to our 12th Annual Great Park City Sled-Off! Meet in the lobby of Treasure Mt. Inn @ 3pm, then we walk from there. Great photo-op, protective headgear recommended, interesting costumes encouraged, bring a sled if you’ve got one, but come even if you don’t (and yes, we’ll need catchers).

Known worldwide as the “wettest panel discussion on the festival circuit,” everyone is welcome for our 9th Annual Hot Tub Summit. Just come to the second floor of the Treasure Mt. Inn and jump in, dangle or huddle around the 30+ capacity hot tub for a brutally intimate conversation led by Slamdance old-schoolers Dan Mirvish (“Between Us”) and Paul Rachman (“American Hardcore”).
They’ll be joined by seasoned (and inevitably, shrunken) filmmakers like Oscar-nominated director Adrian Belic (“Genghis Blues”), Slamdance 2012 Audience Winner Andrew Edison (“Bindlestiffs”) and surprise special guests as they discuss the dirty little secrets of what to do with your life after Park City.
Bring your own towel if you’ve got one, and remember, the event is clothing optional. Stay Twitter-tuned to #HotTubSummit for updates on surprise guests. Bring a towel if you’ve got one, but clothing optional.
